Shoichi (Sean) Goto
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Goto is responsible for Glovia International worldwide operations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Development & Support where he was responsible for directing all phases of Glovia product management, including research and technology, application development, quality management and assurance, product release and global customer care.
Joining the Fujitsu organization in 1985, Mr. Goto has more than 25 years of experience with the Fujitsu organization related to its business development and system integration functions. Mr. Goto has held positions in Fujitsu organizations both in Japan and abroad, including Fujitsu Services in the United Kingdom, where he was a project manager for system integrations, and Fujitsu Consulting in Edison, New Jersey, where he served as Vice President, Group Commercial Risk Management.
Executive Vice President, Sales & Delivery
James Gorham has over 20 years of international business experience. With responsibility for the Glovia customer base, sales and marketing, Mr. Gorham overseas the business strategy and go-to-market activities for Glovia International global product offerings. Previously, Mr. Gorham was Vice President of Product Marketing where he was responsible for defining the product vision, content and roadmap as well as establishing strategic sales and marketing campaigns.
Mr. Gorham first joined Glovia in 1989 as an account manager primarily responsible for implementing Glovia business software at numerous Ericsson sites worldwide. Before coming to Glovia he worked in materials management where he introduced a "customer first" customer satisfaction program at Chloride / Exide Automotive Batteries.
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
Masahiro Cho is responsible for management of information systems (MIS) and all accounting, legal and administrative functions within Glovia. Mr. Cho has more than 15 years of experience in accounting related fields. Prior to Glovia, Mr. Cho served six years as Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Konami Digital Entertainment. He also served six years in a number of senior level accounting and planning positions for Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Mr. Cho received his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas in 1989. Mr. Cho graduated from Toyo University, Tokyo, Japan with a Bachelor of Law in 1985.
Jim Errington has over 30 years of experience working in the IT industry as both an IT Executive and Business and IT Consultant. Mr. Errington is responsible for sales and support activities within the EMEA region of Glovia International. Previously, Mr. Errington was Director of Sales Support for both the US and UK.
Mr. Errington first joined Glovia in 1990 as a pre-sales consultant concentrating on acquiring new business. With a focus on new named business he helped to acquire major accounts in the UK, most notable being Ericsson and Caterpillar. Before joining Glovia, Mr. Errington held positions with British Coal, Black & Decker and the BTR group.
