Glovia Expands Sales Team to Drive Position in e-Commerce Marketplace.
December 12, 2000 - As part of the new sales strategy of driving sales into e-Commerce applications, Glovia International, a leading provider of global enterprise software, has announced the appointment of new sales account manager, Colin Hough. Colin's key role will be to consolidate Glovia as a leader in next generation e-Business solutions for the digital marketplace amongst its existing customer base.
He will be reporting to David Alvey, Sales Director, who said "Colin is joining us from e-Business Solutions Ltd where he was responsible for selling integrated business and e-Commerce solutions. This makes him extremely valuable to the company at this exciting point in Glovia's development."
During his 12 year sales career, Colin also spent 3 years working for PROIV, providers of RAD technology business applications, for whom Glovia is a major ERP partner. Colin liased closely with Glovia during this period and so is well placed to drive the company's position as a primary player in the ERP market.
Outside work, Colin spends much of his time restoring a classic car. He lives with his partner and their two children.
