El Segundo, Calif., March 31, 2005 - Glovia International, a subsidiary of Fujitsu (TSE:6702) and a leading provider of extended ERP solutions for engineer-to-order and high volume manufacturers, announced today that Jane Barrett has been hired as Vice President, Professional Services. In this position, Ms. Barrett will be responsible for supporting Glovia's customers to effectively implement and leverage the company's extended ERP solution glovia.com. Ms. Barrett joins Glovia's senior management team reporting directly to Yuji Nakasu, President and CEO of Glovia International.

Nick Lagattuta, Glovia's current Senior Vice President, Professional Services is retiring after 24 years of service to Glovia International. However, Mr. Lagattuta has agreed to assist Ms. Barrett in overseeing current implementation and migration activities while Ms. Barrett becomes acclimated to her new position.

Ms. Barrett is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience facilitating successful ERP solution implementations for manufacturers of all sizes - from small ad hoc services to multi-million dollar global rollouts. Prior to joining Glovia, Ms. Barrett successfully managed QAD's North American professional services organization where she was responsible for growing the company's service organization. Earlier in her career, Ms. Barrett served as CEO of QAD Software South Africa (Pty), Ltd. and held various service roles at Hewlett Packard and Unilever.

"I am very excited to be joining a company boasting a long and storied history in manufacturing and that also provides the stability, support, and resources which comes from being owned by Fujitsu, the third largest IT company in the world," states Jane Barrett, Vice President of Professional Services for Glovia International. "I look forward to leading Glovia's strong professional services team to not only implement glovia.com but to address customer's business issues and help them leverage the depth of functionality in glovia.com to simplify IT management and improve business processes."

glovia.com is a proven, comprehensive, integrated, and flexible solution that provides manufacturers with advanced capabilities to manage and improve their entire business - from product design, procurement, planning and manufacturing to sales, fulfillment, installation and support.

"I am very pleased to welcome Jane to her new role with Glovia. Her vast experience and history of successfully implementing and leveraging ERP systems made her an attractive candidate to continue the work carried on so diligently by Nick Lagattuta all these years," stated Yuji Nakasu, President and CEO of Glovia International. "Glovia will continue to provide our customers around the world with quality products as well as the service and support required to improve their businesses to meet their ever-evolving business needs and Jane will play a critical role in making this happen."
