Glovia International Expands Management Team to Continue Comprehensive Customer Support
Dan McWilliams Promoted to Vice President of Customer Engagement & Delivery to Manage Comprehensive Business Development and Application Consulting and Support
El Segundo, Calif., May 10, 2006 - Glovia International, a subsidiary of Fujitsu and a leading provider of extended ERP solutions for engineer-to-order and high volume manufacturers, announced today that Dan McWilliams has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Engagement & Delivery. The management team expansion will further facilitate the management and quality of the company's comprehensive customer service and support.
As Vice President of Customer Engagement & Delivery, McWilliams will be responsible for all aspects of the professional services group to ensure customers receive 100% satisfaction from their Glovia investment. The group will continue to service and support Glovia's comprehensive ERP solution, glovia.com, to help manufacturers manage and improve their business.
McWilliams has more than 14 years of service for Glovia holding a variety of roles including implementation and pre-sales consulting, business optimization, strategic accounts management and installed base sales for both domestic and International markets. These assignments have included extensive work for some of Glovia's largest customers including Caterpillar, Dell Computer, Axcelis, Honeywell, Varco, Daktronics and Fujitsu.
McWilliams holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
