The Glovia International User Group: Creating Payback Together

2004 Glovia International User Group Conference
The 2004 Glovia User Group Conference in Orlando, Florida this past May was both an excellent learning opportunity and a great time. Our thanks to all of you who attended and especially those of you who took the time and energy to present and to share your success with the rest of us.

For those of you who were not able to attend, hundreds of Glovia users took part in what all agree was our strongest conference agenda ever and our largest attendance since 1999. The conference theme was Best Practices with a heavy emphasis on Lean Manufacturing. There was a very wide range of truly excellent presentations from Glovia users as well as Glovia staff. Glovia responded to user requests at the 2003 Conference and made a lot more information about glovia.com products and services available. All of these materials were eagerly consumed. Most importantly, Glovia put together detailed presentations on the differences between older versions of glovia.com and the current version 7. This was just one of many conference highlights.

The opportunity to interact with Glovia executives during the "Talkback Live" sessions was also invaluable. All of us who were in attendance believe we have a significantly improved understanding of ways to move forward.
