First off, let me say it has been another successful year for Glovia and without the help and support of our customers we could not have achieved this success. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your investment in glovia.com this year. We will continue to do our best to enhance glovia.com functionality as well as strive to meet your support needs.

This edition of The Extended Enterprise focuses on getting the most from your investment in Glovia. Whether it is implementing lean strategies, outlined in our feature article, or staying current with the newest glovia.com functionality we want to help you attain your goals. Please let myself or your account manager know if there is anything we can do to further assist you in making your Glovia investment a success.

Many exciting things are happening around Glovia. We were recently honored as a recipient of Supply Chain Systems magazine's annual Supply Chain Innovator Award. The award was given to Glovia for its success in supporting OPW Fueling Component's supply chain including their lean manufacturing initiatives. For complete coverage of the award please see the article in this issue.

We also participated in a highly successful AutoTech 2005 conference held in Detroit, Michigan. Glovia was one of more than 100 companies exhibiting at the conference, which had approximately 3,500 people in attendance. The conference provided Glovia the opportunity to have automotive manufacturers and industry influencers learn more about Glovia's automotive functionality. More coverage of the conference, including pictures of our exhibit, can be viewed in this newsletter.

Lastly, we are already looking ahead to our annual User Group conference, to be held next May in Nashville, Tennessee. The event promises to deliver a high quality mix of technical and strategic sessions from both Glovia and Glovia users. We look forward to sharing with you how glovia.com enables you to operate at an accelerated pace without sacrificing quality or service to keep up with ongoing marketplace challenges. We anticipate making this the best conference yet and hope to see all of you in Nashville next spring.
